libclutter-1.0-dev software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library (development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-1.0-dev
libclutter-1.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-1.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-1.0-dev *
You will get with libclutter-1.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
